Brusnika is the transliterated Slavic name for a small northern berry, known in English as lingonberry.
Brusnika doesn't grow in a greenhouse.
It grows in the real world.
And so do people.
Most employee development doesn't happen in training. It happens when people solve real problems, receive feedback, try something new, make mistakes, observe others, and gradually become better at what they do.
That's why we named our product Brusnika.
Not because there was some grand idea behind the name from the very beginning.
We simply liked the word.
Over time, we realized that it captured our idea surprisingly well:
