The server version is a single self-hosted product on your company's servers. Choose how to run it: inside your Bitrix24 or as a separate app.
Inside your Bitrix24 on-premise edition
Installed with the very same app as in the cloud, but since your Bitrix24 is the on-premise (self-hosted) edition on your own server, the whole system runs on your infrastructure — your data never leaves it.

The server version uses the same pricing plans as the cloud version — from a free plan for 10 users to the 500+ plan with full functionality.

The Nika.AI assistant is not included in the base server version. Here are your options:

Technical support for the server version is provided by email during business hours — Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (UTC+3).

If you need extended support, a separate SLA (Service Level Agreement) contract is available, including guaranteed response times, priority incident resolution, and additional communication channels.

✨ Highlights of this release

🔗 LMS address and portals

When registering a new portal, an LMS address is now suggested, and for an extranet LMS it matches the CRM portal address. Extranet invitations on the Bitrix portal lead to the subdomain as soon as it becomes available.

🪟 Opening the LMS in a separate tab

CRM now has an "Open in browser" command: the same LMS opens in a separate tab using a one-time code.

🔐 Sign-in and invitation improvements

The page from the email no longer looks up an account by email, the LMS address is shown under the email with a hint chip, and the selected LMS card is calmer. Resetting handoff on sign-out and bypassing handoff for invite/reset links made transitions more reliable, and notifications no longer show [object Object].

📊 360 competency assessment

The competency average is now divided by rated indicators rather than all of them — final scores are more accurate.
