Catching a problem lesson before it derails a department

A course-completion percentage at the end of a quarter tells you the outcome, not where it went wrong. Each employee's progress through a course is visible in real time: how many lessons are done, how many remain, and — more usefully — at which specific step people most often stall.

That last part is what turns tracking into something actionable: a lesson or test with an unusually high drop-off rate is a signal to fix the content itself, not to chase individual employees for falling behind.
