The barrier to switching is usually the data, not the decision

A company that's already decided to switch LMS providers often stalls anyway, because starting over means re-entering every employee, rebuilding every course, and losing years of completion history. Data import moves employees, courses, and training history over from the previous platform, so a switch doesn't mean starting from a blank system.

A guided move, not a raw file dump

The import isn't a self-service file upload left for an admin to sort out — structure, courses, and materials get set up to match your actual format, not forced into a generic template. Ongoing activity during a longer transition is handled separately by external LMS sync.
