Guest access by link
Share a course without creating an account — handy for one-off partners and clients.
Not every viewer needs an account
Creating a full account for someone who'll take one course, once, is unnecessary overhead — for the person setting it up and for the guest going through the sign-up flow. A course can be opened by link without registration instead: a guest goes through it directly, with no account created in the system at all.
This fits a specific, common case: a one-off partner, a prospective client evaluating training quality, a contractor who needs a single safety module — situations where standing role-based access would be the wrong tool entirely.
