Structured around your company, not a generic wiki

A generic wiki gives you a flat page tree and hopes you organize it well. The knowledge base here is built as a folder tree of arbitrary depth — shaped around the company's actual structure (departments, product lines, roles), not forced into someone else's template.

Nothing unverified reaches the base

Every material goes through review before publishing — an author submits a draft, a reviewer approves it or sends it back with a comment (see content review). That single rule is what keeps a knowledge base from decaying into an archive of half-outdated documents nobody trusts.

On top of the shared structure, employees can also build their own personal shelves — saving what they use most without touching the base for everyone else. And instead of browsing the folder tree manually, AI portal search answers a plain-language question with a direct link.
