Do employees need separate Brusnika.LMS accounts?

No. Users are automatically loaded from RD Station CRM. Employees do not need to register manually in the LMS.

Which user data is synchronized?

Yes. RD Station teams are available in Brusnika.LMS as departments. The current integration uses a flat structure, so nested departments are not supported.

Can tasks be created automatically when a course is assigned?

Yes. When a course is assigned to an employee, Brusnika.LMS can create a task in RD Station CRM. The task can include the learning title, description, due date and employee ID.

Can I work with RD Station deals and contacts?

Yes. The integration supports retrieving, creating and updating deals and contacts through the RD Station API, which allows CRM data to be used in custom integration workflows.

Does the integration use OAuth 2.0?

Yes. The connection uses OAuth 2.0. Brusnika.LMS uses access and refresh tokens, with automatic access-token renewal.

Are calendars synchronized?

No. Calendar synchronization is not available in the current version. RD Station tasks can still contain due dates.

Can I use the integration for sales onboarding?

Yes. RD Station teams can be used as departments in Brusnika.LMS, and employees can be assigned onboarding and training programs — for example, a new sales manager can receive a learning program covering products, CRM processes, sales procedures and company standards.

Do I need a separate license for the integration?

How to connect Brusnika.LMS

The integration is available through the RD Station App Store.

Open the RD Station App Store and find Brusnika.LMS.
Click "Instalar" / "Connect" — the standard RD Station authorization process will start.
Grant access: authorize Brusnika.LMS to access your RD Station CRM account.
Done — after authorization, your Brusnika.LMS portal is created automatically and RD Station users become available in the LMS.

There is no need to create employee accounts manually.

Install Brusnika.LMS

Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication

Brusnika.LMS uses the standard OAuth 2.0 mechanism to connect to RD Station CRM.

During installation, the user grants the application access to the required data. Brusnika.LMS receives an access token and refresh token and automatically refreshes the access token when necessary.

Users therefore do not need to repeatedly authorize the integration.

When the integration is disconnected, access is deactivated and registered webhook subscriptions are removed.

Important to know

Calendar synchronization — the integration does not synchronize calendars between RD Station and Brusnika.LMS. RD Station tasks can contain a due date, but this is not a separate calendar event, so calendar synchronization is not available in the current version.
Team structure — RD Station teams are displayed in Brusnika.LMS as a flat department structure. Nested organizational hierarchies are not supported by the current integration.
Webhooks — Brusnika.LMS receives RD Station events related to changes in deals and contacts. In the current version, these events are received and processed at the integration level but do not themselves trigger automatic changes in the LMS.
