Tests with 6 question types

From single choice to ranking and matching β€” with a question bank by topic and flexible attempts.

Testing that matches the material, not a generic quiz

A single-choice question works for a fact check. It doesn't work for a process an employee needs to reproduce in the right order, or a set of terms they need to match to definitions. The test builder covers six question types, so the question format fits what's actually being checked.

Single choice

One correct answer among several.

Multiple choice

Several correct answers, partial credit configurable.

Ranking

Put steps or items in the correct order.

Matching

Pair terms with definitions or images.

Image-based

Answer by clicking or selecting on an image.

Open answer

Free text, for a moderator to review manually.

Question banks and attempts, configured per test

Questions group into a bank by topic, so a test can pull a randomized subset instead of showing the same fixed set to everyone β€” reducing answer-sharing between employees who take the test at different times. The number of attempts and the passing threshold are set per test, not globally: a low-stakes knowledge check and a safety certification exam don't need the same rules.
