Conditions

  1. The Client receives a 30-day subscription gift (50 users) if the Client came from a Partner. If the client comes directly, without a partner, then there is no such gift.
  2. The client is assigned to the partner for an unlimited period of time.
  3. Partner’s Remuneration:
    * The first 5 paying customers are 30%,
    * 6-10 paying customers – 40%
    * From 10 paying customers – 50%.
     Commissions are paid not at the expense of the Client, but at the expense of the Developer.

      4. The partner receives a reward for all in-app purchases

Interaction scheme

  1. Signing of a partnership agreement (In your account).
  2. Partner recommends the platform to a client.
  3. The Client writes a letter to the Developer, which is based on the recommendation of the Partner. Based on the letter, we are allocating a gift of 15 days of subscription. At this stage, the client is assigned to the Partner.
  4. The client decides to purchase a license, module, or other LMS product and submits a request through the platform. The Partner may assist the client with product selection and the purchasing process.

    The request is automatically sent to both the Partner and the Vendor through their partner accounts.

    The Partner enters into an agreement with the client and receives the full payment from the client.

    The Partner then purchases the selected product from the Vendor at a partner (wholesale) price.

    Once the Vendor receives payment from the Partner, the client’s order is automatically activated in the system.

      Important!
      The retail price in the contract between the client and the partner must not be different from that specified in the LMS.

     The Partner can add to the contract with the Client:

  • local taxes,
  • currency conversion fees,
  • and bank transfer fees.

     These amounts must be specified separately in the contract between the Client and the Partner.

User Support

  1. The Vendor handles user support through all available support channels.

    The Partner may optionally provide first-line support and consultations for their clients.

Development plans for the partner program

  1. Partner rating implementations. The best partners will receive +10% commission.
  2. Introduction of a new type of partners – Authorized partners. They will be able to offer Clients a range of services (approaches to the implementation of services will be developed and provided to partners for free), personalized SLAs, support and service for medium and large clients, and custom improvements.
  3. The marketplace of courses inside the LMS. Partners will receive a percentage of the commission from the sale of courses to clients. The introduction of a new type of partners – content partners, will be able to sell their content.
