Extra Cloud Storage
Nika.AI
As a reference: 10 multiple-choice questions ≈ 2,000 tokens (without document analysis). Analyzing one uploaded document of about 15,000 characters (≈25 pages in Arial 11pt) requires approximately 2,000–3,000 tokens.
Server Version
Deployed on the client’s servers. Full control over data and infrastructure.
Pricing and Modules
The server version has the same pricing plans and costs as the cloud version — from the free plan for 10 users to the Plan 1000+ with full functionality.
Key difference: The AI assistant Nika.AI is not included in the server version base package. Instead, you can:
- Connect API from third-party AI companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, YandexGPT, etc.)
- Deploy a local Large Language Model (LLM) on your own servers
- Use the assistance of our engineers to deploy and configure the LLM on your company’s servers
- Get LMS without AI module

Technical Support
Technical support for the server version is provided via email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, UTC+3).
If you require extended support, a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract can be arranged, including guaranteed response times, priority incident resolution, and additional communication channels.
