  1. The Client receives a 15-day subscription gift if the Client came from a Partner. If the client comes directly, without a partner, then there is no such gift.<\/li>
  2. The client is assigned to the partner for an unlimited period of time.<\/li>
  3. Partner’s Remuneration:
    * The first 5 paying customers are 30%,
    * 6-10 paying customers \u2013 40%
    * From 10 paying customers \u2013 50%.
    \u00a0Commissions are paid not at the expense of the Client, but at the expense of the Developer.<\/li><\/ol>

    Interaction scheme<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Signing of a partnership agreement.<\/li>
    2. The Partner invites the Client.<\/li>
    3. The Client writes a letter to the Developer, which is based on the recommendation of the Partner. Based on the letter, we are allocating a gift of 15 days of subscription. At this stage, the client is assigned to the Partner.<\/li>
    4. The client wants to buy a license, some kind of product or module inside the LMS. Makes a request on his own (a partner can suggest or help). The Partner enters into an agreement with the Client for the entire amount. The Client pays the entire amount to the Partner. The Partner buys the product at a wholesale price from the Developer. After funds are credited to the Developer’s account, the Client’s request is activated.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Important!<\/strong>
      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The retail price in the contract between the client and the partner must not be different from that specified in the LMS.<\/p>

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Partner can add to the contract with the Client:<\/p>

      • local taxes,<\/li>
      • currency conversion fees (if the client’s payment is not made in USD),<\/li>
      • and bank transfer fees.<\/li><\/ul>

        \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0These amounts must be specified separately in the contract between the Client and the Partner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        1. The Partner provides the first line of support to the Client along with Nika.AI .<\/li>
        2. In case of difficulties, contact the Developer’s technical support. The Developer consults, helps the Partner, and the Partner returns the decision to the Client.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          Development plans for the partner program<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          1. Full automation of the partner program, including the Partner’s Personal Account, sales automation.<\/li>
          2. Partner rating implementations. The best partners will receive +10% commission.<\/li>
          3. Introduction of a new type of partners – Authorized partners. They will be able to offer Clients a range of services (approaches to the implementation of services will be developed and provided to partners for free), personalized SLAs, support and service for medium and large clients, and custom improvements.<\/li>
          4. New tariff schedule and products within the LMS, including tokens Nika.AI The partners’ commission applies to all products within the LMS.<\/li>
          5. The marketplace of courses inside the LMS. Partners will receive a percentage of the commission from the sale of courses to clients. The introduction of a new type of partners \u2013 content partners, will be able to sell their content.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
